Click on this support page as a good starting point for understanding Custom Test Types.
Audiqueen comes with a built-in text editor. This allows you to create and edit your text documents, store them in Audiqueen, or export them as files with an extension like docx, pdf, txt, etc. The built-in test type is called Text, but any Custom test type can be created to use this text editor (See How do I create a new Custom Test for documents?).
There are 2 ways to create a text document based on a document template:
1. | By clicking on the Text test type in the ribbon (or on any other custom test that uses Audiqueen Text Editor as built-in software.
| |
2. | By clicking on the New Text Document in the manual input or edit mode of any custom test.
|
The document is now ready to be edited.
The built-in text editor offers most functionality that you know from commercially available text editors.
In addition, it contains dynamic fields that are replaced with content adopted from Audiqueen, such as the patient's name, first name, birth date, and even active hearing aids.
Click on File > Save to save the file in Audiqueen.
How to export this text document (as docx, pdf, doc, odt,...)?
See Can I download a document from Audiqueen to learn about the different options?
Can I use another template?
Yes, you can. Each TEXT test type comes with its own template. The default template is called Audiqueen Default. It requires administrator rights to change this.
See How to create or modify Templates for more details.
