Audiqueen requires a valid licence. This contains a use right for a certain period (typically one year). Upon expiry, the licence needs to be reactivated. If not, Audiqueen’s functionality will be reduced to a minimum. Audiqueen shall not completely stop so that you’ll always have access to the medical data of your patients.
How can I check the status of my use licence?
Click on the Audiqueen crown top-left and then on About.
The licence line shows the remaining time before expiry:
How do I know that my licence expires?
Audiqueen shows a message upon licence expiry:
How do I reactivate the Audiqueen licence through the Otoconsult License manager?
You should inform the IT manager or system administrator that the licence needs to be reactivated. He/she should do this manually (see below).
For now: click on the SKIP button and continue working with the current licence.
This procedure can only be done by an IT manager or system administrator.
Open the Otoconsult Licence Manager. Most likely this is installed on a network server or virtual machine.
At the right bottom, you will find the button Show Installed Licences. Click on it.
A new window opens showing the installed licences. Select the licence that you want to reactivate and click on Reactivate Licence
A new window will open again asking you to reactivate the licence. Press the button Reactivate Licence.
After clicking on this button, a message should appear that confirms the reactivation.
Your licence has been reactivated. You can now close the Licence Manager.
The Licence server will automatically refresh the licence after a while, if you want the immediate effect of the licence reactivation you can restart the Otoconsult Licence Service in the local windows services.
