The manual input allows you to enter documents as ‘test result’ (See the instructional Overview video).
By default, documents with a size exceeding 1.8 GB will be rejected for manual upload (see How to handle Large FIles).
The typical method is to use the browse button and seek the file to be attached.
Alternatively, you can go to Windows Explorer, select the file you want to attach, copy this file and paste it into Audiqueen with the paste button.
Audiqueen will paste any useful information which you have copied to the clipboard, like files, pictures, text, etc.
A final method is to scan the document (see How to set up a scanner).
The new document appears both graphically (as a thumbnail) and as a line in the result grid.
Example of how different documents have been collected under the test type ‘Document’.
In this case, all documents have a pdf format, but other formats (like doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx, etc.)
are also possible. Audiqueen shows all documents and some details in the list,
while the graphical part shows thumbnails allowing to open the original documents.
This feature is not available in the web viewer. Audiqueen's web viewer displays the results entered in Audiqueen's Workstations. |
