Titan Tympanometer missing "Audiqueen" Patient

When downloading the results from the Titan Hardware there is no patient "Audiqueen" available.


-- In Titan Suite --

  1. Click Client Upload button.
  2. Verify if Audiqueen patient is added to the hardware.
  3. When it's added, continue with step 17, if not continue with step 4.
  4. Close titan Suite

    -- In Audiqueen --
  5. Audiqueen has thrown an exception, click continue.
  6. Click Format Button
  7. Click Configure button
  8. Change "TakeNewestFileInFolder" to False
  9. Click OK
  10. Click Save My Settings
  11. Click New Measurement

    -- In Titan Suite --
  12. Click Client Upload button.
  13. Add Audiqueen Patient to Hardware
  14. Close Titan Suite

    -- In Audiqueen ---
  15. Revert Setting "TakeNewestfileInFolder" back to True
  16. Click New Measurement

    -- In Titan Suite --
  17. Click Session Download button
  18. Click Download button
  19. Search Audiqueen Patient
  20. When it's found, continue with step 24, if not continue with step 21.
  21. Click Enter New Client
  22. Fill out fields (not mentioned fields are left empty):

    1. Id: 78183ebb-9ace-4826-98af-a21e283a33e4
    2. First Name: Audiqueen
    3. Last Name: Audiqueen
    4. Date of Bith: 2008-01-01
  23. Click Save
  24. Select the Audiqueen Patient
  25. Click Save
  26. Close Titan Suite
  27. Results are in Audiqueen, Save or Discard them
