When trying to add an older type of PDF file, a preview/thumbnail cannot be generated.
This is the case with, for example, DIFRA PDF results, An unknown error has occured will be shown.
However, you can add an image yourself to use as a preview.
You can do this by loading a saved image file or you can paste the preview image that you have in your clipboard.
