Hearing aids and hearing implants of all kinds are kept in a catalogue. You can assign devices from the catalogue to a patient at a later time. You decide which brands and models are stored in the catalogue. The catalogue can be accessed and managed via Device Manager. To do this, click on the Device Manager button.
This opens the catalogue of internal and external devices, along with the number assigned to patients.
Use the buttons to add, delete (= archive), or edit/rename devices.
You may have accidentally entered a device twice with a different name. In that case, you wish to replace one ('old') name with the other ('new') one. You then select the old name in the catalogue and click Merge. Then you select the new name from the list and all devices with the old name will get the new one. The old one will be archived in the catalogue.
