To add a new hearing aid, you need to click on the proper icon (1), and then on the + sign (2). In this example, Audiqueen does not display Hearing Aid in the Product Type (3):
The reason is that Audiqueen detects that there is still an internal device active. In this case, it is only possible to add a compatible external device, hence a cochlear implant processor or an electroacoustic processor.
If you want to assign a regular hearing aid, you first need to make the current internal device inactive. Use the right mouse button to do so...
Now you can add a hearing aid as a new external device...
Adding a new device (if compatible with the complimentary internal/external part) will automatically deactivate the current device.
An inactive device remains available in the device selector when adding or modifying test results.
This is in contrast to archived devices. They are no longer available. Archived devices can be de-archived in the device manager. They appear in the list under 'Show More' and can be restored by clicking to edit and then clicking on the retrieve button...
This feature is not available in the web viewer. Audiqueen's web viewer displays the results entered in Audiqueen's Workstations. |
