The powerful feature described here allows you to import events from excel or your EMR into Audiqueen. This can be useful for further processing in Audiqueen Analytics. The events should come as a CSV file. If your EMR contains events, you can ask your system administrator to generate the corresponding CSV file.
Each line of this CSV file should be structured as follows:
ID; Event; EventDate [S]
- The default separator is ; (This can be changed, but each line must have two separators)
- ID = unique patient identifier of the hospital EMR
- Event= keyword belonging to this patient
- EventDate= date of the event
- [S] = side to which the keyword applies (optional)
- The default values are 0 for right, 1 for left, and 2 for bilateral, but these codes can be changed if need be.
You can either make an excel with a list of patient numbers and events or query your EMR for patients who underwent certain events, export the required information in MS Excel, save this as a CSV file and import the entire list in Audiqueen.
Example: The file Surgery.csv contains 3 surgical events
for 3 different patients.
Now open the tool in Event Manager and import the CSV file.
An events CSV file is selected (1) and Audiqueen generates a preview of its content (2).
Through Event Type Mapping, Audiqueen then tries to convert the EMR events into Audiqueen events.

After importation, the events appear in the Audiqueen records.
