There are several ways to enter results for Rhinomanometry or Acoustic Rhinometry.
- If your measuring apparatus is a fully compatible device (GM Instruments, DIFRA), Audiqueen provides Easy Import.
- This means that Audiqueen opens the software that comes with the apparatus, then you perform the test and close the application, and then Audiqueen automatically imports the numerical results (the raw data).
- To configure this, open the Format window of Rhinometry or Rhinomanometry, uncheck the Manual Input Only checkbox, select the connector for your measuring apparatus and configure the details (see Audiqueen connector’s manual).
- This means that Audiqueen opens the software that comes with the apparatus, then you perform the test and close the application, and then Audiqueen automatically imports the numerical results (the raw data).
- If your measuring apparatus allows you to make a test report (typically a pdf file) with the test results, Audiqueen’s Easy File Attach will do the job for you.
- Audiqueen opens the software that comes with the apparatus, then you perform the test, save the report, close the application, and Audiqueen will fetch and import the report automatically.
- For this you cannot use the built-in Rhinometry or Rhinomanometry buttons, but you’ll have to create custom tests (see How do I create a new Custom Test?).
- If your measuring apparatus can only create a printed report, you can scan this document and Audiqueen then allows you to enter this pdf manually. If the scanner is connected to Audiqueen, this is a very easy and seamless operation. For this, you cannot use the built-in Rhinometry or Rhinomanometry buttons, but you’ll have to create custom tests (see How do I create a new Custom Test?).
This feature is not available in the web viewer. Audiqueen's web viewer displays the results entered in Audiqueen's Workstations. |
