I cannot edit my patient’s administrative data

If you cannot edit the administrative details of a patient (as found under the Patient button in the ribbon), there may be 2 reasons:

  • Either you have read-only rights.  Find out by clicking on the Environment button in the ribbon, and then Edit Operator Info under your initials. Now you see your details, amongst which your authorization level under Type.  If this is Read-Only, then contact your Administrator to change this.
  • Or you have all rights, but Audiqueen is connected to your EMR (Electronic Medical Record).  In that case, your Administrator has chosen to make the patient data read-only.  He/she can change this in the Administrator Tools. 



This feature is not available in the web viewer.
