Please follow these steps in order to prepare for the remote connection session:
1. Check you have an internet connection.
2. Start Audiqueen, log in and select a patient.
3. Click on the crown in the left top corner and click on Help (Live Support).
4. The Otoconsult Live Support tool should open and you should have an ID and Password. Please make sure the ball under the Password field is green and says Ready to connect.
5. Call us on +32 3 609 51 68 when you are ready.
