Cannot load Counter Name

If you try to load a document into Audiqueen and you get this error;

Cannot load Counter Name data because an invalid index '' was read from the registry.

This is a problem in Windows, it keeps some counter cache in the registry. If this cache becomes corrupted, you get the above error.

You can solve this by following these instructions:

Click Start, type cmd right click cmd.exe, and select Run as administrator. At the prompt, type lodctr /r and press ENTER.

Restart your computer and try to load the document again in Audiqueen.

Note: if you are running on a 64-bit Windows, change your directory to C:\Windows\SysWOW64 before running the command.
