Audiqueen can provide a pop-up message when a patient is eligible for an ongoing study. You can then decide whether or not to enroll that patient in the study.
The message looks like this:
The message shows the study in which the patient would fit based on the entry criteria.
You can then decide to include, exclude, or defer the decision.
You can also turn this type of message off for the future by unchecking the checkbox (arrow).
Triggers
Audiqueen checks whether a patient meets the inclusion criteria of all ongoing studies when:
- the patient's file is opened in Audiqueen
- a keyword is added
- an event is added
- a device is assigned to the patient
