By default, test results are grouped by test type. It may be interesting to group them differently, for instance by date or by tester. This can be done by using the built-in column-header operations.
For this, you may first deselect the test type to get a view of all test type results. This is done by clicking on the test type button in the ribbon.
Now click with the right mouse button on one of the column headers, for instance on the date column, and select 'Group by this column':
The results are now grouped per date:
You can even add a second grouping variable by dragging another column header to the top bar:
Now the first grouping variable is the date and the second is the tester...
