If when opening a patient with the EMR the following exception appears:

"String or binary data would be truncated. The statement has been terminated."

One or more fields of the patient exceed the length limit for Audiqueen.

There are two workarounds to overcome this problem:

  1. In the EMR adjust the field(s) to the Audiqueen limits. Limits are: Last name and First name max. 64 characters; CodeName max. 16 characters; AddressLine1, AddressLine2, City, Country, PhoneNumber1, PhoneNumber2, FaxNumber and SocialID max. 50 characters; PostalCode max. 10 characters; Email max. 100 characters; Notes max. 4000 characters; ExternalID max. 512 characters; BirthDate range values from January 1, 1753 to December 31, 9999.
  2. Create a new patient in Audiqueen with the same information paying attention to set the same external ID.

We are sorry for any inconvenience and we apologize for this problem. The issues has already been taken in consideration and the solution will be available in the next version of Audiqueen.
