When this error occurs, you might not have the right permissions to the license folder.

Let an administrator set the correct permissions for every user that is using A§E to full control for this hidden folder:

Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Otoconsult\Licensing\Store

Windows Vista / 7 / 8: C:\ProgramData\Otoconsult\Licensing\Store
