This problem relates to a bug in Audiqueen 2.6.9, where a Fatal Exception occurs when loading a patient into a running Audiqueen process. The Exception is thrown when the loaded patient or the patient to be loaded have recent Rhinometry results.

Please upgrade to Audiqueen 2.6.10 or higher to resolve this issue.
