Please check the following issues carefully and run the calibration again.
- Calibration offset is between -18 & -10:
- CP910:
- Please make sure you do not have any sound enhancing software options On.
- The processor may not be correctly connected to your computer audio output! Check your connection or contact an administrator.
- CP1000:
- Please check if your AUX cable is connected and your MiniMic is set to AUX input.
- Try turning up the volume of your MiniMic or putting your TV Streamer on max volume. Each click on MiniMic volume control changes the output intensity of +/- 3 dB SPL.
- Make sure you do not have any sound enhancing software options On.
- If this does not solve the problem the sound card quality may be insufficient. If the problem persists, we suggest to install an external USB sound card.
- CP910:
- Calibration offset is beyond -18:
- CP910:
- Please make sure you do not have any sound enhancing software options On.
- The processor may not be correctly connected to your computer audio output! Check your connection or contact an administrator.
- CP1000:
- Please check to see if your MiniMic is paired correctly and on the slot used in the settings.
- Check if your AUX cable is connected and your MiniMic is set to AUX input.
- Also make sure you do not have any sound enhancing software options On.
- The processor may not be correctly connected to your computer audio output! Check your connection or contact an administrator.
- CP910:
- Calibration offset is between +10 & +18:
- CP910:
- Please make sure you do not have any sound enhancing software options On.
- The processor may not be correctly connected to your computer audio output! Check your connection or contact an administrator.
- CP1000:
- Please try lowering the volume of your MiniMic or TV Streamer. Each click on MiniMic volume control changes the output intensity of +/- 3 dB SPL.
- Make sure you do not have any sound enhancing software options On.
- If this does not solve the problem the sound card quality may be insufficient. If the problem persists, we suggest to install an external USB sound card.
- CP910:
- Calibration offset is beyond +18:
- CP910 & CP1000:
- Please make sure you do not have any sound enhancing software options On.
- The processor may not be correctly connected to your computer audio output! Check your connection or contact an administrator.
- CP910 & CP1000:
If you still have troubles with the calibration try those last solutions:
- Did you select the correct sound card in the Settings Manager?
- Is the soundcard set correctly in Windows?
- Volume 100%
- Not muted
- Is Windows set with “No Sounds” as sound scheme? See Picture below:
