This powerful feature allows you to import keywords from your EMR into Audiqueen. This can be useful for further processing in Audiqueen Analytics. The keywords should come as a csv-file. If your EMR contains keywords, you can ask your system administrator to generate the corresponding csv-file.
Each line of this csv file should be structured as follows:
ID; Keyword; [S]
- The default separator is ; (This can be changed, but each line must have two separators)
- ID = unique patient identifier of the hospital EMR
- Keyword = keyword belonging to this patient
- [S] = side to which the keyword applies (optional)
- The default values are 0 for right, 1 for left and 2 for bilateral, but these codes can be changed if need be.
You can query your EMR for certain patient types, export the patient IDs to MS Excel, add a keyword manually, save this as csv-file and import the entire list in Audiqueen.
Example: The file Keywords.csv contains 6 keywords
for 5 different patients. Only one keyword is specific.
Now open the tool in Administrator Tools and import the csv file.
A keyword csv file is selected (1) and Audiqueen generates a preview of its content (2).
Through Keyword Mapping, Audiqueen then tries to convert the EMR keywords into Audiqueen keywords.
In the Keyword Mapping Window, Audiqueen shows a list of EMR keywords (1), consisting of known (previous) EMR keywords and how they are converted to Audiqueen keywords (2).
The user can also see the current keywords to be imported (3),that have not yet been mapped to Audiqueen keywords.
You can map these ‘orphan’ keywords by selecting a keyword from the list (4) and moving it to the convertion table with the arrow (5).
In this example, Allergic and Achondroplasia are mapped to existing Audiqueen keywords.
After importation, the keywords appear in the Audiqueen records.
